Sunday, June 4th 11:00am - 3:00pm C&O National Historical Park -- Georgetown 30th St. NW and the canal (the park is squared in by K Street, M Street, Thomas Jefferson Street and 30th Street, NW, Washington DC.) |

Instrument of choice......or just come to listen and eat Food to share -- this is a pot-luck -- yum. (Barbara will bring a cooler of water and various sodas. The park does not allow alcoholic beverages) Bring a folding chair. Barbara has have five extra chairs, but if you want a guaranteed place to put your bottom that is not on the ground, bring your own. A ride on the canal boat is free Street parking is free on Sundays (so don't pay the meter) and is usually quite available on either Thomas Jefferson St or 30th St if you get there before noon. |
